Yes, I’ve experienced uterine cramping  for about  6 out of 8 transfers.  For me, it usually happens when transfer/catheter insertion  is rather difficult (…which is most of the time, for me), and lasts for about 4-7 days. -Kay (please…no chain letters or mailing lists)
