A friend is currently being suspected as having endo.  Her main symptoms have been sharp abdominal pain (not to often) and not getting her period for three months.  Ultrasound showed nothing and are now talking Lap. I have never heard of having missed periods with Endo.  Has anyone ever heard this as a symptom or a problem due to endo?

No, but a DES daughter friend had to have an ovary removed when she missed her periods for several months and seemed to be pregnant (she was virgin). Lap sounds necessary.
