Question:

Three healthy meals.  I did not have the chance to exercise, but so what!!! I put my all into today. I am feeling really in touch with how I am feeling tonight.  No numbness.  It feels pretty darn good. I promise to do the same tomorrow. Ellen

Cool, isn’t it?  GOOD FOR YOU!!  :D      I remember the shock I got one night while inpatient after about 6 or 7 days.  I was sitting in the "activity room" watching TV and something didn’t feel right.  It really jumped out at me – something was very different, and I couldn’t figure out what it was or if it was a good or bad thing.  I finally figured it out – I FELT GOOD!!  There was no numbness, no tingling, no dizziness or headaches, no stomach/abdominal pain, chills, etc. etc.  I FELT GOOD!!  It totally blew me away!  I couldn’t believe it – I didn’t feel anything!  I was so used to feeling awful that it had become the norm, and I didn’t even notice most of it anymore until it was gone.  I was facinated – I wondered if most people feel that way all the time!  I guess they probably do, or those that take care of themselves, anyway.  I’m afraid I lost that feeling the moment I was discharged to outpatient (couldn’t behave myself) but I’m striving to reach it again.  In a way, feeling good made me feel uneasy – I wonder why?
