Please see a rheumatologist and get it diagnosed. Then he or she can probably give you something to make the pain manageable and possibly stop the progression of the PA. I worked for fifteen years with severe pain, but meds gave me the ability to do it. Treating the disease can give you a better quality of life.

I have had shoulder pain from PA for the last 8 months… Its just a constant feeling of pain… It hurts just to lift boxes.. I dont know how i’m going to be able to ever work like this….
