Question:

Does anyone else here have a cervical rib.  It’s a rib in your neck.  This has been blamed as a source of neck and shoulder pain for me in the past and now even possibly the migraines.  I’ve never met anyone else that had one or even found anything written on it.  Anyone?

I did have them but they were surgically removed years ago as a fix for chronic back and arm pain.  It worked (mostly),,,I had migraines before and after but I’ve also got severe damage to several of the cervical vertebrae which seems to be a much more likely source/cause for many of my headaches.

My father was from Donegal, maybe he was a displace Orcadian.  Maybe I should hang a basket around my neck – at least it would serve a purpose. Thanks for this very interesting information.  Is there anywhere that I can read about this? Diane : : cheers, : : jen
