Neck and Shoulder
Question:
I agree with Mike totally after having a seriously damaging injury OTJ. Hire your own attorney to put your rights directly where they need to be. And yes, most will work with no money up front. Good luck:-) ^^-^^Olivia^^-^^
Response:
Yes, get an attorney. ALSO… make sure they do the mri and x-rays. I had a neck injury that they said was just a jammed neck with a scalp wound. It turned out to be one herniated disk and the rest except one are internally deranged, so Ive got one good disk left. Don’t let them tell you that the pain is "all in your head", they dish out that crap regularly. If need be, look to another doctor if you get no answers. A good physical therapist knows which doctors are good and which arn’t, and may be able to guide you the right way if need be. tiger

Hi Patti, I agree with Mark except more emphatically … pull out the yellow pages in your area and look for a Workers Comp lawyer who does NOT take money up front. You really do need to have someone represent you since the insurance carrier. Your best interests are not their best interests. Best of luck! Tim – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – Hi Patti, Have you had any x-rays or an MRI? Could be you have damadged disks in your upper back, or other many problems. Only problem with workmans comp, is they try to do as little as possible as far as tests and treatment. You may end up having to hire an attorney if they do not start to try and find out what problems you may have before they really get bad. Mark Hi. I’m new here. I suffered a head injury and whiplash. It is worker’s comp but is unsettled and I am having great deal of difficulty getting my meds and diagnosis of my current difficulties. Does anyone here have anything that vaguely resembles "any time you use your arms it causes great shoulder pain to develop and the side of your neck to stiffen? All this requiring weeks to recover from. If so please enlighten me as to what the H— is causing this? Patti
