If so, you may be interested in another form of pain reliever. Pain therapy, can be many things. One is physical therapy. Physical therapy for pain, helps to relive pain and tension that has built-up on the muscles. Physical therapy is preformed by a physical therapist. They are experts who have studied physical therapy and recovery. The whole purpose of physical therapy is to help reduce pain by using techniques you can do to your body, without causing trauma. Some physical therapist will show you how you can improve your pain, by performing some techniques at home. Therapy offer many different ways to help patients with mobility. The basic form of rehabilitation is exercising the joints and muscles. Massage therapy may be used to help throughout the body as well. The pain that some patients experience may be very severe, and in this case, the therapist may use additional therapies, such as hot packs, ice packs and electrical stimulation. </p>
<p>    You may need physical therapy if the pain you’re feeling constantly persist with or without medication. The most common reasons a person will see a physical therapist is, neck and back pain, arthritis and problems related to their hands, legs, arms, and feet. The goal of pain therapy is to help reduce the pain so you can be able to do perform daily activities. Therapy sessions are a way to help you with your pain and ultimately help eliminate it. There are two forms of pain, acute pain and chronic pain. Acute pain acts as a warning sign that informs your body of infection or disease. This type of pain can be very moderate and it may end on its on, or you may need medication to help relieve some of the pain associate with the injury. Acute pain is labor and giving birth, burning your finger, and even hitting your leg against a door. It is pain that generally comes quickly, and it goes away within time. Another form of pain, is chronic pain. The opposite of acute pain is chronic pain. Chronic pain can be very painful and last for days and sometimes years. Unlike acute pain, chronic pain may be related to a medical condition including cancer, sciatica, migraines, and arthritis. Chronic and acute pain can be treated with certain pain therapies.</p>
